My opinion about video “Future Store”

       Smart fridge that can show product out-of-stock on its display, is very usefull if placed in convenience store ,etc. which has many products and can help their employees to count the amount of stock. If I may say so technology Smart washer that can scan any clothes are put into the washing machine, is more usefull in Washhouse or Laundry service. Because Washhouse owner can determine the number of customers clothes and overcome the loss of customer clothes or mixed with other customer clothes.

         The Electronic Shopping List is a good idea. Customer write shopping list on Home PC ant sent via  internet to the Future store, with Future Card help to show on trolly it will be spend a lot of money. I think, to write shopping list can still using paper or smartphone (notes application).

Whether menu on trolley like Loyalty Bonus System, Electronic Shopping List, and Item Location can be replaced with Future Store Apps that can be downloaded by customer on their handheld Apps Store.

      Smart Information Terminals can be found in many places today, sometimes SPG(Sales Promotion Guard) didn’t know detail about the product. So it helps customer a lot. Smart dressing room also the sophisticated technology today, but usually in choosing clothes, customers also choose from material comfort, detail stitching, size, etc. So it feels less if only tries through smart dressing room. Smart mirror is a good idea too, its like simulation game The Sims. I think  it makes Cosmetic company reduce costs for tester. And customer can see directly the result as used for real.

         Maybe Future check out take a long time to calculate the total payment.

The conclusion is not all the advanced technology in Future Store work efficiently, there are still quite a few things done manually.
